Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to M/S Levon Builders and Developers (“Levon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a registered partnership firm in Karachi, Pakistan (FIRM NO. 0353 of 2025-26). We operate the website at levon.pk and related enquiry, advertising, and sales channels. For privacy questions or requests, contact us using the details in the sidebar.

When you contact Levon through our website form, WhatsApp, phone, email, social media, or a lead form connected to our advertising, we may receive:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your enquiry type, message, and the project or service you ask about
• Any other details you choose to share with our sales team

Website enquiries may also include campaign information such as the page you visited, referral source, campaign name, search term, or advertising click identifier (for example Google Click ID). This helps us respond to the right enquiries and measure our marketing.

We do not ask for passwords, payment-card details, or government identity documents through the levon.pk contact form.

When you browse levon.pk, we and our service providers may collect basic technical and usage information, such as:

• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, approximate time on site, and referral URLs
• IP address and general location derived from it
• Cookies, pixels, or similar technologies used for analytics and advertising

Our contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals about your browser or device to distinguish real users from bots.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads (when enabled) to understand website traffic and measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries. These tools may place or read cookies in your browser. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through Google's ad preference tools.

If you are visiting from a region that requires consent for non-essential cookies (such as parts of the European Union or United Kingdom), you should manage cookies through your browser or platform settings. We do not currently show a separate cookie banner on levon.pk; by continuing to use the site you acknowledge this policy.

• To respond to enquiries, share project information, and arrange site visits
• To provide pricing, availability, leasing, investment, or retail-placement information
• To maintain sales records and coordinate follow-up with authorised Levon staff
• To prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorised use of our forms and services
• To understand website and campaign performance and improve our communications
• To measure advertising effectiveness, including sending hashed or pseudonymised contact details back to Meta for conversion reporting when that integration is enabled

If you contact us through WhatsApp or submit a Meta Lead Ad form, the information you provide is received by Levon and our authorised sales team so we can respond. Meta may also send lead notifications to our systems, which we store in our CRM database.

Where configured, we may send hashed versions of your phone number or email address, along with a lead identifier, to Meta through the Conversions API so Meta can measure whether our ads resulted in qualified enquiries. We do not send your full message content to Meta for this purpose.

WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, and Facebook process information under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies when using those platforms.

We use trusted third-party providers to operate levon.pk and manage enquiries. Depending on how you interact with us, your information may be processed by:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Supabase — secure database storage for website enquiries and lead records
• Google — analytics, advertising measurement, and conversion tracking
• Meta / WhatsApp — lead ads, messaging, and advertising measurement
• Cloudflare — bot protection on our contact form (Turnstile)

We share only the information needed for these services. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or property.

Levon is based in Pakistan. Our service providers may store or process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When information is transferred internationally, we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards and applicable law. By submitting information to us, you understand it may be processed outside Pakistan.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above:

• Sales enquiries and lead records: typically up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons
• Marketing attribution data: stored in your browser session for the duration of that visit, then attached to your enquiry if you submit a form
• Analytics data: retained according to Google's configured retention settings

We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information, where applicable
• Stop marketing contact from Levon

How to request deletion: email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request — delete my data”. Include the name, phone number, and email address you used when contacting us so we can locate your record. We aim to respond within 30 days and will confirm once deletion is complete, unless we must retain certain records for legal or business reasons.

You can also manage cookies and advertising preferences through your browser settings and the relevant Google or Meta account tools.

Our website is intended for adults and businesses considering commercial property. It is not directed to children under 18. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google, or other websites are governed by the privacy policies of those services, not this policy.
